1. Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. Custom orders may take longer to process (5-7 business days).

2. Shipping Methods & Costs We ship worldwide via reliable international carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, national postal services).

· Shipping Cost: A flat rate of €7.99 is applied to all orders that do not qualify for free shipping.
· Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over €65. The qualifying amount for free shipping is calculated before taxes and after any discounts are applied.

3. Shipping Times

· Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days to most international destinations.
· Please note: These are estimates only and do not include weekends, holidays, or time spent in customs. Shipping times begin once the carrier has received the package, not from the order date.

4. Order Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

5. International Customs & Duties Cathaya is responsible for export declarations. However, any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are mandated by your local government and are not controlled by us. Refusing a package due to duties and taxes will result in the package being returned to us; a refund for the product cost will be issued minus the original and return shipping costs.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages Cathaya is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local post office or carrier first if you face this issue.
