Thank you for shopping at Cathaya. We pride ourselves on creating high-quality, eco-friendly press-on nails. Due to the hygienic nature of intimate wear products, all sales are final.

1. No Refunds All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. This policy is in place because our products cannot be resold once they have left our warehouse for health and sanitary reasons. We do not accept returns.

2. Defective or Damaged Products We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a product that is defective or was damaged during shipping, please contact us at cathaya_style07@163.com within 7 days of receipt. Please provide your order number and clear photos/video of the issue. Upon verification, we will gladly send a replacement for the defective item(s) at no cost to you.

3. Wrong Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
