1.What are Cathaya press-on nails made of?
Cathaya nails are crafted from high-quality, durable ABS resin. We are committed to sustainability, and our packaging is 100% recyclable and plastic-free. Our products are cruelty-free and designed with the eco-conscious fashionista in mind.
2.How long do Cathaya press-on nails last?
With proper application and care, our nails can last up to 7-10 days. Longevity depends on your natural nail prep, daily activities, and the application method.
3. How do I find my correct size?
We include a full-size chart with every order. For the best fit, we recommend measuring your natural nails against the provided chart before applying any adhesive. You can also find a printable sizing guide on our product pages.
4. Are the nails reusable?
Yes! With careful removal, our nails can often be reused. Gently lift the nails from the sides using an orange stick dipped in remover. Clean the underside of the nail with alcohol to remove any residual glue before reapplying.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

6. How can I get free shipping?
We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders over €65. The qualifying amount is calculated on the subtotal before taxes and after any discounts are applied.
7. I entered the wrong shipping address. What can I do?
Please contact us immediately at cathaya_style07@163.com with your order number and the correct address. We process orders quickly, so we can only modify the address if the email reaches us before your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

8. Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from our warehouse in China.
9. How long will it take to receive my order?
· Processing: 1-3 business days.
· Shipping: 10-20 business days for standard international shipping. Please note these are estimates, and delays can occasionally occur due to customs, holidays, or peak seasons.
10. How much is shipping?
A flat rate of €7.99 is applied to all orders that do not meet our free shipping threshold.
11. Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
Cathaya handles export declarations. However, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are set by your local government and are not within our control. Please check with your local customs office to estimate potential fees.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
12. What is your return policy?
Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of wearable beauty products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size selection, or slight color variations.
13. What if my order arrives damaged or is defective?
We deeply apologize if this happens! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at cathaya_style07@163.com with your order number and clear photos/video of the damaged or defective items. We will review the case and, if verified, send a replacement for the affected product(s) at no extra cost.
CARE & APPLICATION
14. What's included in the kit?
Each full set includes: 24 pre-designed nails (for best fit), a nail file/buffer, an alcohol prep pad, and a choice of adhesive (jelly tabs for short-term, non-damaging wear).
15. How do I apply the nails for the longest wear?
1. Prep: Push back cuticles, lightly buff the surface of your natural nail, and clean with the provided alcohol pad.
2. Size: Select the correct nail for each finger.
3. Adhesive: Apply a small drop of glue to your natural nail and the back of the press-on.
4. Press: Hold the press-on nail firmly against your natural nail for 30-60 seconds. Avoid contact with water for at least an hour after application.
